#2) Checkout, then click “return to merchant” to be sent to the calendar to schedule your appointment and send us your document/s via email for review. Read the entire description box on the calendar for further payment instructions. If you are not redirected, you can also find the calendar here:

#3) Check your inbox (and spam box too) for a Welcome letter with further instructions on how to submit your documents and prepare for your session. You will receive a couple of emails, a Welcome letter, an appointment email with your documents. It is important that you check your spam/junk email box as well and advise us ASAP at onlinenotaryexpert@gmail.com if you do not receive any emails so we can resend.

IMPORTANT, in fairness to all clients and the notary, once you check out, your session is NON REFUNDABLE. There is a $25 rescheduling fee and you would be required if you go back online to reschedule your session for another date/time that is available. ONE charges $25 if you fail to pass the KBA (you have 2 attempts).ONE also has a $25 cancellation fee on general notary work if any signer/witness fails to show within five (5) minutes of the session start time. All clients must pass KBA (Knowledge Based Authentication) which is a series of questions about you based on your social security number that you must provide on a two minute online quiz during the session. This is a requirement under law to verify your identity to use an online notary. Any additional services that you may require (second signer, witness, video copy, reschedule fee) will be billed under separate transactions. In order to receive your digital download link to the signed documents you must first fully pay for any services rendered. Documents are stored for ten years under Florida law. ONE, dba iKat Digital Artistry Inc. PayPal transactions will appear as iKat. *ONE does not handle telephonic or electronic court appearances at this time. ONE notaries specialize in general notary work as well as real estate closings.
