Unless you have a contract on file with ONE payment is due at the time of ordering the closing based upon the number of notarial stamps/witnesses you require. If you add any other documents requiring additional notarial acts separately. ONE will require payment via a payment link sent to you at the time of receiving your additional uploads for processing/tagging into the existing file unless we have a net 30 or other arrangement in place prior. For Example (your rate to be determined per package information sent over): A Seller’s package over 50 pages up to 250 pages with 6 stamps required and 2 Witnesses for FL would be $25×6=$150 + 2 Online Witnesses $20×2=$40, total due at time of order =$190.

Notes to ONE regarding your signing needs for this transaction:

ONE POLICIES REGARDING ONLINE NOTARIAL REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS Please see instructions at the top of the page. IMPORTANT In order to provide a smooth electronic signing session experience, all documents are due to ONE via PDF upload no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled session so that the closing instructions can be studied and the documents can be electronically tagged. After you schedule further instructions will be emailed as to where to send the documents for uploading to the platform. If you have to make a change and or add documents please send those asap before the session. Failure to notify ONE of these changes and or additions four (4) hours prior to the scheduled session will result in an additional fee of $50 for adding documents after the 48 hour cut off. Smaller packets less than 50 pages that require only one (1) notarial stamp will incur an online documentation preparation fee of $50 in addition to the notarial stamp fee of $25 per stamp. If the notary is to also act as a witness you must notify us at the time of upload so that proper tagging is applied. All witnesses emails must be given at the time of upload. If additional time is needed for “Piggy back” loans please indicate in the Notes section above. The staff at ONE will ensure that 60 minutes is blocked for your session. If anyone needs to reschedule there is a $25 reschedule fee and then you must go back on to the calendar and book/reschedule for another session date. If you should cancel after scheduling or failure of the borrower/witness to show and or willingness to sign or failure of the KBA identification system will result in an automatic $50 cancellation fee. ONE, dba iKat Digital Artistry Inc. ONE, Online Notary Experts charges $1 to reserve your loan closing appointment which is deducted from the actual final bill. ONE will bill all approved Title Companies, Lenders, Attorneys and Financial Institutions at Net 30. ONE will electronically bill the invoice following the electronic closing. Payments are due via check no later than 30 days from date of “Notarial electronic signing”. Late charges apply at the rate of 5% after 30 days. Accounts beyond 60 days will be sent to collections and fees will apply. Since 2004, we have been to close loans and we look forward to being the only ONE you’ll ever need!
